Sales Partner
- Grow & manage a regional sales territory of 3-4 states
- Consult on all our hardware, software and services
- Responsible for lead-gen, lead-dev, sales & follow-up
- Travel required, road trips & in-person sales meetings
- Commission only. Large commissions, large deals – 50% of profit margin
- Work issued rugged laptop, & sales travel reimbursement
- 3 days in-person training in your territory
- No boss, no employee. You are a partner, we will 10-99 you EOY
Necessary Skills
- We prefer sales partners to have a public safety background. Retirement/pension preferred
- Sales experience not required
- Ability to form strong connections with command staff, fleet managers, IT & procurement teams of public safety agencies
- Ability to form local partnerships & strategic alliances that will grow your territory
- Patience for long sales cycles
- Success oriented, self starter, self leader, highly focused, organized, attention to detail & must have superior customer service
- Honesty, hustle, grit, and ownership of your actions
